At Aussie Mode, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility, including international shipping costs.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, Revival Sales, or marked as Final Sale, unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.
  • Change-of-mind purchases, including situations where the customer no longer likes the style, colour, material, or fit of the item.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer support team.
  • Items that are not returned in their original condition, including original packaging where applicable.
  • Products intentionally purchased in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning some or all of them.
  • Claims regarding sizing where the item received corresponds with the measurements provided in the product size guide.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Important Notice

As Aussie Mode is currently transitioning into a new chapter, some items may be limited or unavailable for exchange.

In such cases, a refund will be issued instead.


We encourage customers to review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
